In honor of Veteran's Day, the YMS library has set up a White Table.
The table is a tradition dating back to the Vietnam War to honor prisoners of war (POWs) and missing-in-action soldiers (MIAs). Each part of the setting is symbolic of the sacrifice made.
The picture book America's White Table by Margot Theis Raven has been added to the table so that students (and staff) can learn more.
