YMS ended Quarter 1 with a full school assembly! Students and staff have been working hard to start the school year off on the right foot with respect, responsibility, and perseverance. Each team selected two students to recognize for their commitment to these values. One student from that group was randomly selected to be Rotary Student of the Month. Congratulations to all!
Our students also voted on the value they would like to focus on for Quarter 2, and that value is Teamwork! We will all be looking for students who consistently show up for themselves and others, work toward a common goal, do their part, listen to and support others, and overall make our school stronger as a whole.
