To kick off their poetry unit, 7th grade ELA classes from both teams visited the library this week to create spine poetry. Students scoured the shelves to find books whose titles helped them to express the tone they were hoping to evoke. Poems ranged from spooky to tense to lighthearted to inspirational. Creativity and wordplay were the order of the day!
