Hi Everyone,
Tomorrow afternoon, we’ll come together for our end-of-quarter school-wide assembly. This celebration will connect to our school theme, Challenge Accepted, and will honor the upcoming Veterans Day holiday. Each grade level will be encouraged to think about meaningful ways they can serve our York community and our school. The assembly will also feature a special slideshow recognizing our veterans among family and friends—thank you to all who shared photos and stories. As a reminder, there is no school on Tuesday, November 11th.
Thank you to everyone who joined us for parent-teacher conferences this week. We appreciate your time and partnership in supporting our students. For those whose conferences were affected by the power outage, thank you for your patience. Teams are reaching out to reschedule, and you are always welcome to call the main office for assistance in arranging a conference with any of your child’s teachers.
It’s hard to believe we are a quarter through the school year! The first report cards will be available through PowerSchool on Friday, November 14th after school.
