Prep time/piano time. Mrs. Frank can be heard playing piano and it warms the hallways with melody and commitment to her craft.
8th graders get hands on to build custom Adirondack Chairs with Mr. Bloise. A project and experience that will last a lifetime.
6th graders are using Flocabulary (a school wide educational resource) that helps hook students with music and visuals. In Mrs. Knight’s class students watched a Flocabulary to learn about the importance of transition words before they write informative essays on volcanoes which they researched in Science.
Advanced Art has been filling up the display cases and the hallway with artwork. Check it out!
5th grade enrichment is learning how to use Pixlr to manipulate digital images and they are having fun with it!
Dodgeball for fun and purpose —
The 7th and 8th grade York Middle School Student Council hosted its Fall 2022 Dodgeball Tournament. Proceeds of $350 earned from the event were donated to the York Community Service Associations Food Pantry.
